We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Manager to join our client’s Paediatric Ward team at a leading healthcare facility in Johannesburg South. As a Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to their youngest patients while ensuring operational excellence, staff development, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Nursing
• Post basic qualification in Child Nursing Science / or Midwifery & Neonatology
• SANC registered
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
• The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching
