A senior nursing leadership role is available in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town for an experienced Unit Manager to oversee both Maternity and NICU services. This position requires strong clinical insight combined with effective people and operational management.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Post-basic qualification in Midwifery or Child Nursing.
• At least 5 years’ combined experience within Maternity and/or NICU environments.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory nursing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staffing, patient acuity, and unit performance.
• Current SANC registration.
