Our client is seeking an accomplished Nursing Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing services in Limpopo. This senior position requires a professional who can drive clinical excellence, staff development, and high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership across nursing services.
• Oversee clinical operations and nursing standards.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, and resource management.
• Drive clinical governance, quality assurance, and patient safety.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Mentor and develop nursing leadership and clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning.
Requirements
• Registered Nurse with current SANC registration.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management advantageous.
• Proven experience in a senior nursing management role.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and healthcare standards.
• Excellent leadership, financial, and operational management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
