A private primary healthcare centre in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Clinical Nurse Lead to oversee daily clinical operations, support nursing staff, and drive high standards of patient-centred care.
Requirements:
• Registered Professional Nurse with SANC
• Experience in private-sector clinical environments
• 1–2 years’ leadership experience
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification clinical exposure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and collaborative communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing clinical priorities
• Excellent planning, organisation, and follow-through abilities
• Customer-service-focused approach
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving capability
