An established healthcare facility in Pretoria North is seeking a Clinical Facilitator to support the training and development of nursing professionals within the ICU. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of clinical competence and education are maintained.
Requirements:
• SANC Registered Professional Nurse
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• Post-basic qualification in ICU Nursing
• Qualification in Nursing Education essential
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ICU or as a Clinical Facilitator advantageous
• Strong communication, mentoring, and teaching skills
• Computer literacy essential
• Ability to assess, support, and guide nurses in clinical practice
